How amazing is YOGA? From the moment I walked into Open Doors in Weymouth, MA and practiced in the presence of the ever-amazing Shawn Cornelioson - I was hooked. I am NOT a naturally calm or patient person and yoga has taken the darkest parts of me and shed a little bit of light into those stuck places. I believe yoga has tremendous physical, mental and emotional benefits and there is a style of yoga for every BODY out there. I love teaching private and group classes and will "chat yoga" with anyone, any day of the week.
